The way you start your morning sets the tone for the entire day. Are you setting yourself up to be successful, or is your slow start weighing you down? We have some tips on how to get up, get going and make your mornings more productive.
Your morning productivity depends first and foremost on your night’s sleep. To truly relax and wind down, decide on a bedtime. Stop staring at your phone or computer screen one hour before!
Think of breakfast as fuel
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start fueling your body with good, healthy food. Think whole grains and fruit instead of sugary options that slow you down.
Write out your routine

Start your day by making a to-do list, and make sure to schedule time for breaks. That way you have a something to look forward to… after you get some work done of course!
