Now that spring is here and the weather is warming up, it’s time to start thinking about breathing some new life into your fitness routine. For the season of new beginnings, we’ve come up with the top 3 workouts you can pick up now that the sun is shining!

1. Jogging

An oldie but a goodie! Whether you go for a solo run, or join a group to train for a marathon, there’s nothing better than a jog outside.

2. Swimming

It’s the ultimate low-impact workout! If you live in a place where it’s warm enough to start swimming laps in an outdoor pool, you can start right now. If not, you can start in an indoor pool until it’s warm consistently. By the time summer rolls around, you’ll be a pro!

3. Tennis or Golf

You may never have given these “country club sports” much thought, but warm weather is the perfect time to bust out your clubs or racket. Whether you’re hustling around the tennis court, or walking 9 holes on the golf course, it’s a day well spent in the sunshine – and a great workout, too.
